All sizes and measurements on this site are approximate.
Computer monitors do not always display colours realistically – the colours of finished products may differ from those of their on-screen images.
You the customer must ensure that you either own the copyright for the image(s) sent to us for printing, or have been given permission by the copyright holder to have the image printed. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any copyright infringement for images that we print.
Please ensure you have back-ups of any files you send to us. We accept no responsibility for files lost either in the post or whilst being emailed to us, and assume that you have back-ups of any files sent to us.
We only ship to mainland UK addresses, and only accept payment in pounds sterling. Please contact us if you live outside of the UK and wish to place an order.
If you are not in when your order arrives, you may have to collect it from a sorting office or depot. (Couriers often give you one more chance to be in.)
We’re confident that you will be extremely happy with your frame, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will either exchange the item(s) or give you a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are adequately packaged and returned to us (an address for returns will be given upon request), as refunds or exchanges are only given subject to the item(s) being returned in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the postage costs for returns.
Any tampering with or manipulation of this site in order to change prices or otherwise defraud will be reported to the police and to Paypal. If the incorrect amount is received for any product offered on this site then the transaction will not be honoured and funds will not be returned.
